1. Order Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.
  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.
  • During peak seasons or promotions, processing times may be slightly extended.


2. Shipping Within Pakistan

We offer nationwide delivery across Pakistan via trusted courier services.

  1. Standard Delivery Time: 3–7 business days
  2. Shipping Fee:
  • Orders below PKR 3,000: Flat PKR 200
  • Orders above PKR 3,000: Free Shipping

Note: Delivery times may vary based on your location and courier availability.


3. International Shipping

Yes, we ship internationally!

  • Delivery Time: 7–14 business days (depending on the destination)
  • Shipping Charges: Calculated at checkout based on weight and location

Customs & Import Duties: International orders may be subject to customs fees or import duties, which are the buyer’s responsibility.


4. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped:

  • A tracking number and courier details will be shared via email or SMS.
  • You can track your package directly through the courier’s website.

If you haven’t received tracking details within 3 working days, please reach out to us.


5. Delivery Delays

While we do our best to meet estimated delivery times, delays may occur due to:

  • Weather conditions
  • Courier strikes or disruptions
  • High order volumes during sales or events
  • Incorrect or incomplete shipping details

We appreciate your patience and understanding in such cases.

 

6. Address Accuracy

To avoid delivery issues:

  • Please ensure your shipping address, contact number, and email are entered correctly at checkout.
  • Mohana Sports is not responsible for delays or losses caused by incorrect shipping information.


7. Undelivered / Returned Packages

If a package is returned to us due to failed delivery attempts:

  • We will contact you to arrange a re-delivery (additional shipping charges may apply).
  • If we cannot reach you within 5 business days, the order may be canceled without a refund of shipping charges.
